Where do you sell your products?
All of our products are sold through our eBay shop, where checkout and payment are handled securely by eBay. Each product page on this site links straight to the matching eBay listing.
What animals is your food suitable for?
Our plant-based forage, hay and treats are suitable for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, gerbils, mice and other small rodents. Each product page lists which animals it best suits and a suggested feeding amount.
Is your food fresh?
Yes. We buy quality plant ingredients and repackage them by hand in small batches, so stock turns over quickly. Store your food in a cool, dry place and reseal after each use to keep it at its best.
How is my order packed?
Orders are hand-packed in our home in resealable or protective packaging to keep the contents fresh and reduce waste. We are always working to make our packaging as eco-friendly as possible.
How long does delivery take?

Can I return an item?
Because our products are food, returns are handled in line with eBay policy and food-safety rules. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, contact us straight away and we will put it right. See Shipping & Returns.
