Your pet’s wellbeing comes first. Please read the following before feeding any new product.
Intended Use
All Simply Sylvan products are intended as food and forage for small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, gerbils and mice. They are not intended for human consumption.
Feeding Safely
- Introduce any new food gradually and in small amounts.
- Always provide access to fresh, clean water.
- Supervise your pet with new treats and chews.
- Remove any uneaten fresh or dried food that has become damp.
Allergens & Cross-Contamination
Our products are natural plant materials. They are packed by hand in a home environment where other plant-based foods (including herbs, flowers, nuts, seeds and cereals) are handled, so cross-contact between plant ingredients is possible. If your pet has a known sensitivity, please check the ingredient list on each product page and introduce new foods with care.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and reseal after each use. Do not feed if the product looks damp, discoloured or smells musty.
