All orders are placed and paid for through our eBay shop, so eBay’s buyer protection applies to every purchase. Below is a summary of how we dispatch and handle returns.
Dispatch & Handling
- Orders are hand-packed and dispatched from our home in the UK.
- We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days of your order clearing.
- Everything is sent on a tracked service so you can follow it to your door.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times and postage costs are shown on each eBay listing before you buy. UK mainland orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Returns
As our products are food, we are unable to accept returns of opened items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, your satisfaction matters to us:
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Please keep any packaging and, where possible, send a photo so we can resolve things quickly.
- All returns and refunds are handled in line with eBay’s Money Back Guarantee.
